This bench is beautiful! The color is as pictured but is even richer in actuality. The bench was super easy to put together. Just know that the last bit of hardware that looks like a screw is a tool to screw into the cams to hold them in place within the predrilled holes. This allows you to align and screw into the cams without guesswork. I withheld the fifth star in reservation regarding the bench's ability to remain outside and withstand weather. In Florida, we leave outdoor furniture out year-round. The directions with the bench advise you to wax the wood periodically and "cover the bench" when not in use. So, we'll see how it holds up! I WILL wax the wood and it'll be so worth it to visually enjoy seeing this bench in my courtyard outside year round!

The swing arrived several days before due which was great and a nice surprise. The directions were very difficult to follow and I had to keep going on my computer to see a photo of the swing so I could better figure out the assembly. Their was a chip in the seat and the staining honestly was not good. In addition, some holes/screws did not match up and I had to make it work. Once said and done which was well over the 50 minutes it states to put together it was very comfortable and I will enjoy it. I did reach out to customer service when I found the problems and they answered the phone right away and worked with me to resolve the issue. As I was writing this review the next day, I received another follow up call from them which I did not expect. So the swing gets 3 stars and Customer Service gets 5 stars for sure.
